1. Booth Rental:

• The vendor agrees to rent a designated space within the store for the purpose of displaying and selling their merchandise.
• Rental fees and payment terms will be agreed upon in advance.

2. Display Guidelines:

• The vendor is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive display within their designated space.
• Displays must comply with all safety regulations and should not exceed the bounds of their rented space.
• The vendor is responsible for providing all dividers and fixtures for their rented space.

3. Merchandise:

• All merchandise must be legal, safe, and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• The vendor is responsible for pricing their items clearly, and any discounts or promotions should be communicated to the store management in advance.

4. Sales Transactions:

• The store will handle customer transactions, including processing payments and providing receipts.
• The store will deduct any applicable fees or commissions from the vendor’s sales.

5. Commission and Fees:

• The vendor agrees to pay a commission, as specified in the agreement, on all sales made within the store.

6. Security:

• The store will provide basic security measures, but the vendor is responsible for the security of their own merchandise.
• The vendor should report any theft, damage, or loss to the store management immediately.

7. Duration of Agreement:

• The agreement is effective for a specified period, and either party may terminate the agreement with proper notice.

8. Termination:

• The store reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the vendor breaches any terms or fails to comply with store policies.

9. Insurance:

• The vendor is encouraged to obtain insurance to cover their merchandise against loss, damage, or theft.

10. Changes to Terms:

– The store management reserves the right to update these terms and conditions with prior notice to the vendors.
