How it Works

Booth pricing is flexible, with rates beginning at $2.50 per square foot for upstairs booths and $3.00 per square foot for main level booths. Initially, vendors who secure early participation will have the privilege of selecting their preferred booth locations and sizes. However, once capacity is reached, standardized booth sizes will be established.

A 10% commission on sales will be applied to cover various operational expenses, including merchant fees, staffing, website maintenance, utilities, and other pertinent costs.

The first month’s rent is a subscription based payment. The first payment is made and access to the marketplace tools are given. Each month the card on file will be charged again. Payouts to vendors will be calculated based on sales revenue minus applicable fees, and commissions.
